Roofing, Siding, Windows- $9.00 per $1000.00, Minimum Fee $100.00
Demolition, Wood Stove, New Fireplace, Tent Permit Fee- $100.00.
Tennis, Basketball Courts, Fence (over 6 feet in height)- $30.00.
Swimming Pool @ $9.00 per $1000.00 with Minimum Fee of $125.00

Plumbing/ Gas Inspector
New House Construction- $60.00 up to 10 fixtures, $5.00 per
fixture over 10.
Commercial Construction - $100.00 up to 10 fixtures, $5.00
per fixture over 10.
Remodeling Work - $35.00 one fixture, $5.00 for each
additional fixture.
Gas Fitting – $35.00 plus $5.00 per fixture.
Water Heater – $30.00 gas or electric.
Extra Inspection -$30.00 per inspection for defective or non-
compliant work for which the contractor is held responsible.
Wiring Inspector
New House- $7.00 per room, including garage stalls, bathrooms, halls
and basements, plus $6.00 per appliance (includes range, separate oven,
refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, air conditioner, central a/c unit, burner, water
heater, trash compactor, garage door opener, central vacuum, jacuzzi).
plus $4.00 per room for electric heat.
Underground Service - $35.00
Overhead Service, Well Pump, Swimming Pool, Temporary Service, or
Septic System Pump - $30.00
Fire Alarm or Burglar Alarm - $20.00, Aluminum Siding Ground- $6.00
Additions/Remodel/Alterations –Base fee $30.00 plus $7.00 per room,
halls, closets, bathrooms where work is being done.
Service Upgrade - $60.00 ($30/base and $30/service)
No charge for replaced/repaired appliance that requires no new wiring.
