#2023-13:  Petition of Varley DeSouza for a Finding from Section 1.4.6 of the Zoning Bylaws, to reconstruct an existing non-conforming dwelling on the same foundation, construct a farmer’s porch within the front yard setback and expand the existing garage at 7 Coursebrook Road which is in a Residence B district.

Continuation of the public hearing on the application of Fenix Partners Greenwood Street Development, LLC., for a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to the provisions of Mass. Gen. Laws, Chapter 40B.  The proposed development will consist of four (4) ownership units on land located at Map 7, Lot 49 Greenwood Street, Sherborn, Massachusetts. The parcel consists of 3.68 acres.

Continuation of a public hearing on the application of Fenix Partners Farm Road Development LLC, for a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to the provisions of Mass. Gen. Laws, Chapter 40B.  The proposed development will consist of thirty-two (32) ownership units on land located at 55-65 Farm Road, Sherborn, Massachusetts. The parcel consists of 14 acres (Map 11, Parcel 60).

And to conduct such other business as may come before the Board.
