            The Commission will discuss the proposed 40B development. 

8:30     Whitney Farm – Solar Array

Proposed solar array that will power the wastewater treatment facility for the Whitney Farm Development. Array is proposed within buffer zone and Riverfront Area.

9:15     Continuation of the Proposed Wastewater Regulation Changes                  Hearing

The Commission will discuss proposed changes to the town wetlands regulations to include wastewater regulations.

 9:30       Violation - Farm Pond Earthen Berm

           Ratification of Enforcement Order

9:45     Executive Session-The Fields at Sherborn

            The Commission will discuss, in Executive Session, The Fields at                      Sherborn
