PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING ARTICLES FOR SPECIAL TOWN MEETING AS FOLLOWS:
1. Amend Section 5.6.5 of Zoning Bylaw by eliminating 1-mile from Washington-North Main-South Main intersection limit for Elderly and Affordable (EA) zoning eligibility,.and establish category for age-restricted housing with 10% affordable housing.
2. Rezone parcel(s) at 104 Coolidge Street to EA in conjunction with approval of a Preliminary Development Plan for a project at that site.
A map of the parcel(s) under consideration will be available for review at the offices of Town Clerk and Planning Board on or before October 19, 2017
