- 7:00 PUBLIC HEARING ON EA ZONING CHANGES
There are two zoning articles on the warrant for Special Town Meeting. The first would amend the EA section of the Zoning Bylaw (Section 5.6) by eliminating the requirement for EA projects to be located within 1-mile of the Washington.North Main/South Main intersection and establishes the option of an affordable age-restricted project. The second article would rezone the property at 104 Coolidge Street in conjunction with a Preliminary Development Plan for a 67-unit age-restricted development with 7 affordable units at that site.

Continued discussion of various issues related to housing including, alternative measures to address housing, new state legislation, inclusionary zoning, coordination with Housing Partnership and status of Housing Production Plan.
