7:30PM Vote to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to litigation where an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Town and the Chairman so declares, with respect to Fields at Sherborn, LLC v. ZBA.
#21721: Petition of Marianna C. Howland for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.2 to maintain an additional housekeeping unit at 52 Brush Hill Road which is in a Residence B district.
#21722: Petition of Alexander Weatherall to amend a ZBA decision #21710 with regards to a variance for a canopy over the fuel dispenser islands at 21 South Main Street which is in a Business G district.
Continuation of a public hearing to consider the application of 59 N. Main Street Village, Inc., Vin Gately, President/Owner for a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to the provisions of Mass. Gen. Laws, Chapter 40B. The proposed development will consist of twelve (12) homes of which three (3) will be restricted to affordable housing. The parcel consists of approximately 6.34 acres and is located at 59 North Main Street, Map 10, Lot 25.
