#21804: Petition of Dongran Han for a Finding from Section 1.4.6 to construct an addition to a pre-existing, non-conforming dwelling at 46 Western Avenue which is in a Residence B district.
#21805: Petition of Benjamin Stevens, Manager for The Fields of Sherborn, for a Special Permit under Section 5.2.6d for a temporary primary ground sign at 247 Washington Street which is in a Residence B district.
#21805: Petition of Jennifer Ziskin, LJM Hospitality, Inc., for a Special Permit under Section 3.2.34 for outdoor entertainment at 33 North Main Street which is in a Business G district.
