Notice is hereby given that the ZBA will hold a public hearing to consider the following petitions under the Sherborn Zoning By-Laws and to conduct such other business as may come before the Board:
#21808: Petition of David Parrish to amend the decision #21802 under Section 3.2.2 with regards to the square footage allowance at 211 Farm Road which is in a Residence C district.
#21809: Petition of Michael Newman to amend the decision #21719, under Section 3.2.2 with regards to the square footage allowance at 16 Nason Hill Lane which is in a Residence C district.
#21810: Petition of Igor Lybarsky for Barsky Estate Realty Trust, for a Special Permit under Section 3.2.19 to allow for the operation of a doggy day care business at 6 Powderhouse Lane and a portion of 41 North Main which are in a Business G district.
