Notice is hereby given that the ZBA will hold a public hearing to consider the following petitions under the Sherborn Zoning By-Laws and to conduct such other business as may come before the Board:

#21912:     Continuation of a petition of Emmanuel Psilakis, Trustee of the Psilakis Family 2002 Realty Trust, for a Variance/Finding to permit the present siting of a garage/barn on the property in its present location as originally allowed by a building permit issued in 1999 at 60 Prospect Street which is in a Residence B district.

#21917:     Continuation of a petition of Christopher Bailow for John Denehy for a Finding from Section 1.4.6 to do renovations & an addition to a pre-existing, non-conforming structure on a pre-existing, non-conforming lot at 50 Whitney Street which is in a Residence B district.

#21918:     Petition of Vin Gately for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 5.2.6(d) for a temporary sign at 59 North Main Street which is in a Residence A district.

#21919:     Petition of Marianna Howland for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.2 to maintain an accessory apartment at 52 Brush Hill Road which is in a Residence B district.

#21920:     Petition of Jennifer Ziskin for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.19 & 5.2.7 to operate a retail package store, prepared foods & coffee shop with signage at 33A North Main Street which is in a Business G district.

#21921:     Petition of Joshua Ziskin for renewal of a Special Permit under Sections 3.2.3, 3.2.18 & 5.2.7 to operate a restaurant & inn with signage at 33 North Main Street which is in a Business G district.

#21922:     Petition of Stuart & Deborah Smith for a Special Permit under Section 3.2.5 to operate a studio & yarn shop at 29 Coolidge Street which is in a Residence A district.

#21923:     Petition of Matthew & Arielle Tufts for a Special Permit under Section 3.2.2 to maintain an accessory apartment at 11 Farm Road which is in a Residence A district.

#21924:     Petition of John Boggia for a Finding under Section 1.4.6 to add an enlarged entry, not to exceed beyond the closest point of a pre-existing, non-conforming dwelling at 133 Woodland Street which is in a Residence B district.
