Zoning Board of Appeals Virtual Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the ZBA will hold a virtual public hearing to consider the following petitions under the Sherborn Zoning By-Laws and to conduct such other business as may come before the Board:

#22003:     Petition of Jennifer Ziskin for renewal of a Special Permit under Sections 3.2.34 for outdoor entertainment at 33 North Main Street which is in a Business G district.

#22004:     Petition of Alexander Weatherall for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.18, 3.2.19, 3.2.22, 5.2.3 & 5.2.7 to operate a service station, restaurant and retail business with signage and to maintain an oversized sign at 21 South Main Street which is in a Business G district.

#22005:     Petition of Igor Lybarsky, for Barsky Estate Realty Trust, for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.19 to allow for the operation of a doggy day care business at 6 Powderhouse Lane and a portion of 41 North Main Street which are in a Business G district.

#22006:     Petition of Benjamin Stevens, Manager, for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 5.2.6(d) for a temporary primary ground sign at Southfield Lane, Lot 88B & C which is in a Residence B district.

#22007:     Petition of Michael Newman for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.2 to maintain an apartment at 16 Nason Hill Lane which is in a Residence C district.
