Notice is hereby given that the ZBA will hold a public hearing to consider the following petitions under the Sherborn Zoning By-Laws and to conduct such other business as may come before the Board:

Town Counsel update regarding Coolidge Street properties.

#21712:           Petition of Donna Guadagno for a Special Permit under Section 3.2.5 for the operation of eyelash extension business at 27 Curve Street which is in a Residence B district.

#21713:           Petition of Robert W. Murchison for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.2a to maintain an accessory housekeeping unit at 177 Lake Street which is in a Residence C district.

#21714:           Petition of Robert J. Carreiro for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.19 & 5.2.7b & c to operate a retail store with signage at 25 North Main Street which is in a Business G district.

#21715:           Petition of Vin Gately for HP Sherborn, LLC for a Special Permit under Section 5.2.6d to maintain temporary signage at 59 North Main Street which is in a Residence A district.

Continuation of a public hearing to consider the application of 59 N. Main Street Village, Inc., Vin Gately, President/Owner for a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to the provisions of Mass. Gen. Laws, Chapter 40B.  The proposed development will consist of twelve (12) homes of which three (3) will be restricted to affordable housing.  The parcel consists of approximately 6.34 acres and is located at 59 North Main Street, Map 10, Lot 25.
