#2021-11:  Petition of Raymond Wiese for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.3 to maintain living accommodations in a non-residential building at 28R North Main Street which is in a Business G district.

#2021-12:  Petition of Marianna Howland for a Special Permit under Section 3.2.2 to maintain an accessory apartment at 52 Brush Hill Road which is in a Residence B district.

#2021-13:  Petition of Robert Murchison for a Special Permit under Section 3.2.2 to maintain an accessory apartment at 177 Lake Street which is in a Residence C district.

#2021-14:  Petition of Mark Whittaker for a Special Permit under Section 5.2.7 to maintain a permanent building sign at 31 North Main Street which is in a Business G. District.
