Virtual public hearing to consider the following petitions/applications under the Sherborn Zoning By-Laws and to conduct such other business as may come before the Board:

#2202-6:  Continuation of the April 13, 2022 hearing on the petition of John Denehy for a Variance or Finding, or such other relief as may be available from the ZBA, from ZBL Section 4.2 confirming, permitting or establishing that the reconstructed residence of a previously nonconforming residence with less than required front setback is permissible under MGL c. 40A §6, §7, or otherwise.  The property is at 50 Whitney Street.  Map 2, Lot 134, which is in a Residence B district and was the subject of a prior petition allowing reconstruction, in a different location, under ZBA Decision 21917. 

#2022-9:  Petition of Jennifer Ziskin, Heritage of Sherborn for renewal of a Special Permit under Section 3.2.34 for outdoor entertainment at 33 North Main Street which is in a Business G district.
