May 28th Presentation on the state of Farm Pond
Hillary Kenyon, Limnologist & Certified Lake Manager presented an in-depth analysis of the state of Farm Pond after two years of research. Among other details, she described both internal and external nutrient loading models which lead to some high-level options for future management of Farm Pond with regards to controlling cyanobacteria blooms and persevering water clarity. This presentation was a precursor to the delivery of a Watershed Based Plan for the pond as well as written recommendation for its management.
