Public Meeting Notice

Please send all meeting agendas and corresponding minutes to the Town Clerk's office via the following email:  agendaposting@sherbornma.org

Please make sure that all agendas have the date, time and location of the meeting, keeping in mind that your meeting must be posted to the calendar 48 business hours before the meeting, per Open Meeting Law.  Holiday's and weekends do not count in the 48 hour timeline..  The Town Clerk's office staff will confirm that your meeting has been posted  to the Town calendar on the website.  Please also note if the agenda is a revision.

Minutes may also be sent to agendaposting@sherbornma.org, but please clearly mark in the subject line and in the documents that they are minutes.
